We are currently working with a Financial Services client who are looking to hire Telephony Agents on an interesting and exciting contract aiding customers with general banking enquiries.
- 6 Months Initial
- £150 per day
- Full-Time onsite in the office (Bradford)
- Monday - Friday (core hours)
- Start date - Early February 2023
Skills and Experience
- MUST HAVE experience working in call centre, contact centre or with some telephony customer contact.
- Banking experience
- A good telephone manner
- A strong work ethic and highly self-motivated
- Good listening and communication skills with the ability to show empathy in a customer situation
