**Position**: Senior Planner
**Location**: London
**Industry**: Civil Engineering
**Salary**: £90,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + Full Staff Benefits Package

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage planning for a major scheme in East London, demonstrating strong knowledge of Civil Engineering projects.
- Experience with Civil Engineering and/or Construction projects, particularly in HV Energy Transmission and Distribution.
- Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, Asta, TILOS, and QSRA.
- Utilize various planning techniques for both tendering and contract delivery.
- Understand the commercial and contractual aspects related to planning.
- Assimilate and communicate work scope effectively to stakeholders.
- Develop resourced programs and conduct risk analysis.
- Prepare visual materials to support planned methods.
- Organize project documentation efficiently.
- Facilitate communication between different parties involved in planning.
- Collaborate with design engineers to establish temporary works requirements.
- Provide estimators with schedules and cost estimates for temporary works.
- Contribute to bid review and handover meetings with prepared materials and clear task definitions.

**Requirements**:

- Solid experience in Civil Engineering projects, preferably with HV Energy Transmission and Distribution.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other planning software.
- Strong understanding of commercial and contractual aspects related to planning.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
