Essential qualifications:

- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Care (or equivalent)
- Have 2 years’ experience within the childcare residential setting
As registered manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the home; ensuring that relevant legislation, regulations and inspection framework are adhered to. In addition, our children will become your main priority. In this respect, you can expectto build upon the high-quality care and support provided to them, and ensure a conducive environment that enables them to thrive is maintained.
