**Package and Benefits of a CNC Operator**:

- **Salary**: up to £28,000 per annum
- **Location**: Yatton
- **Contract**: Permanent, 35 hours
- **Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

**Key Responsibilities of a CNC Operator**:

- Operating machines to a high rate of efficiency to produce quality machined parts
- Undertaking training and operating CNC machinery
- Setting and operating a variety of CNC programmable machines to produce a variety of high-quality parts and tooling
- Performing tasks throughout the cleats department area including packing operation of the cleat saws, and operation of the lathe
- Observing production to detect defects or malfunctions and helping adjust machines when needed
- Following a production plan to ensure parts are made on time of delivery
- Maintaining continuity among colleagues by documenting, reporting, and communicating on actions
- Adhering to all risk assessments, safe systems of work, standard operating procedures, and environmental practices

**Skills and Experience of a CNC Operator**:

- Basic CNC knowledge is required although training can be required
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent attention to detail and precision with a thorough approach to work
- Great communication and team working skills
- Flexible and willing to learn
- Ability to motivate others and lead by example
- Hardworking and determined to meet deadlines
