Job Overview:
We are currently in search of an enthusiastic and dedicated Youth Work Sessional Worker to join our esteemed team. As a sessional worker within our organisation, you will undertake a pivotal role in actively engaging and providing crucial support to the young members of our community. Your primary duties will encompass the coordination and execution of various activities, offering invaluable guidance and mentorship, and fostering an environment that champions inclusivity and personal growth among our youth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Facilitate Engaging Activities**: Your role will entail the meticulous planning and delivery of an eclectic range of activities and workshops designed to resonate with the diverse interests and developmental needs of our young cohort. By fostering a supportive and nurturing atmosphere, you will empower our youth to explore their passions, hone their talents, and expand their horizons.
- **Support Youth Development**: Central to your responsibilities will be the provision of unwavering guidance, mentorship, and pastoral care to our young participants. Through one-on-one interactions and group sessions, you will equip them with the tools they need to navigate life's challenges with confidence, resilience, and integrity, thereby nurturing their personal and social development.
- **Promote Inclusivity and Diversity**: In line with our commitment to equality and diversity, you will actively cultivate an environment that celebrates the unique identities and backgrounds of all our young members. By fostering a culture of respect, acceptance, and understanding, you will ensure that every individual feels valued, heard, and empowered to fulfil their potential.
- **Maintain a Safe Environment**: As a custodian of our young people's safety and well-being, you will adhere rigorously to safeguarding protocols and procedures at all times. By remaining vigilant and proactive, you will swiftly address any concerns or issues that may arise, thereby ensuring a secure and nurturing environment for all.
- **Collaborate with Stakeholders**: Effective collaboration lies at the heart of our work. As such, you will work closely with fellow staff members, dedicated volunteers, parents/guardians, and external partners to enhance the quality and scope of our youth provision. By harnessing the collective expertise and resources of our network, you will maximise the positive impact we can have on the lives of our young beneficiaries.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
