**Sales Administrator**
**Aldershot**
**£25K per annum**

Due to expansion my client is seeking an experienced administrator to join their friendly team. Reporting to the Office Manager you will be responsible for administering the sales offices systems and providing support to the wider teams. The Sales Administratorwill:

- Assist with sales order processing
- Manage the filing system
- Manage client visits
- Monitor website enquiries and manage accordingly
- Working alongside the accounts team, compile the financial sales figures
- Take and distribute meeting minutes
- Produce the sales reports in conjunction with the Sales Office Manager
- Liaise with various marketing agencies as required
- Arrange travel, hotel, car hire etc to support business travel as required
- Answer the front door entry system and ensure all visitors are appropriately administered
- Cover for colleagues when necessary
- Be highly organised
- Have strong attention to detail
- Have the ability to multitask
- Be able to work on their own initiative
- Have strong Microsoft Office suite IT skills
- Have previous experience of working within a Sales or strong administrative background
- Have experience of working within a CRM

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and 8am to 1pm on Fridays. This is an office-based role.
