**About the role**:
As a Catering Assistant in our team, you will be delivering a market leading customer experience, providing outstanding customer service and achieving sales and execution of the agreed food and drink offer in our Partners Dining Room.
Responsibilities include:
- Working as part of a team of catering assistants to ensure a smooth service is provided in accordance with all relevant procedures.
- Ensuring Food is available to meet service requirements
- Being responsible for controlling waste and ensuring food is rotated and no items are left beyond their sell by date
- Responding promptly to any customer comments or issues
- Daily, weekly and monthly completion of Health and Hygiene duties
- Completion of legal paperwork.

**What skills could you bring?**
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Previous catering experience.
- Previous experience working in a fast paced customer facing environment.
- Previous customer service experience
