**Trainee Estate Agent Required (Please note: You must live within 5 miles of the office location WD6 1AA)**

**An exciting opportunity for an organised, pro-active individual to join our experienced and highly successful team and train to become an exceptional Estate Agent.**

**The Role**

**Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries and providing high levels of customer service at all times.**

**Qualifying applicants and arranging viewings - Telephone and face to face contact with customers - Processing and administration of all estate agency practices - Preparing agreements - Carrying out property checks - Conduct property viewings**

**Supporting the office with administrative duties, issuing terms of business to landlords, to comply with legislation.**

**This is an outstanding opportunity to learn all aspects of the Estate Agency Business and become a true professional within the business.**

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
