IVA Adviser

**Salary £25 - £30k with realistic OTE of over £50k per annum**

My well established client is continuing to grow and as part of their plans for the future they are keen to grow their Adviser team. Are you an experienced IVA Advisor who thrives on offering a professional consultative sales experience along with outstandingcustomer service skills and advice to your clients? If so, then they are keen to speak to you.

The Role:
Contacting warm leads, understanding the client’s individual circumstances and introducing suitable debt solutions based on the customer's suitability

Gathering information in respect of debt levels, investigating incomes, and establishing affordability

Providing support along the customer journey until the process is completed.

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner

Excellent attention to detail, organisational and planning skills

Computer literate with good keyboard skills

Energy and self motivation
