**JOB TITLE: OFFSHORE TIMEKEEPER**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support the onshore time entry of the offshore timesheets for Atlantic Resourcing Ltd (ARL) & Petrofac Facilities Management Ltd (PFML).
- Support collation & input of timesheet information for offshore workforce.
- Maintain timely / accurate daily input of offshore labor hours into time-writing system
- Interrogate timesheet content to ensure accuracy in line with project specific coding and contract t&c’s
- Collation of weekly / monthly man-hour reports
- Collation of non-productive time analysis and reporting
- Support time writing team with all time related queries.
- Clearance of invalid time against valid codes and project approvals
- Assist in payroll process where required.
- Assist the Time writing team in ad hoc requests.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Microsoft Excel and Word
- Numerate, analytical, with an inquisitive background
- Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Enthusiastic and self-starter
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Ability to work to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills - both written and oral
- Experience of working on an ERP system advantageous
