- +447458160110- Due to continued success and growth, our Client, a well established, leading manufacturing Group in Dungannon wishes to recruit an experienced Head of HR.

This is a permanent HR management role and the successful Head of HR will be a key member of the Senior Management Team.

The successful Head of HR will lead a small team and work closely with key stakeholders and the wider business to deliver the company’s people agenda and develop effective strategies to address recruitment and talent attraction and retention.

**The Role**
- Coach and advise the senior team in HR best practice
- Identify the organisation’s needs and create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
- Organise and oversee individual and team training programmes
- Plan regular employee performance reviews
- Develop and implement employee retention programmes or strategies
- Understand workforce planning and resource forecasting
- Develop effective strategies for identifying skills gaps within the workforce
- Understand the current recruitment trends and your organisation’s markets to identify the impact upon the business
- Monitor and report on key staff engagement measures

**The Person**
- 3rd level qualification in HR Management or relative discipline, essential
- CIPD qualified (minimum level 5)
- Strong experience in a comparable, HR Management/Head of role
- Strong working knowledge of NI employment legislation, essential
- Experience within the manufacturing/engineering/production sector would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
