Hire Controller

Envolve Infrastructure are looking for a Hire Controller to join our busy Plant and Transport Department.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Processing of all hire and off hire requirements through the Plant Order mailbox.
- Maximising utilisation of internal plant and equipment before placing with external hire provider.
- Engaging with supply chain to satisfy requests not supplied from internal stock. raise hire contracts and purchase orders using the hire management software (InspHire).
- Being proficient in all aspects of plant hire management and general administration.

**Required skills and knowledge**:

- Strong communication skills both verbally & written.
- Adaptability and an ability to think on your feet.
- Commitment to learn and develop.
- Full UK driving licence.
**- **Relevant experience within the plant hire or relevant alternative industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and work
- Proven IT Skills with experience of Microsoft Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Pontyclun: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
