**About the opportunity**:
Your Responsibilities
- Understand and own the development and production of all Boots Opticians pages. Including monitoring the performance of the pages via data and insights, reviewing competitor activity and make recommendations for ongoing optimisation of the customer experience
- Collaborate with Boots Opticians marketing and planning teams, and Digital Experience, to deliver projects and campaigns against briefs - ensuring assets are in line with our digital style guide and the Boots Opticians visual identity, and fully integrated with marketing campaigns
- Use methodologies and tools across user research; heuristic, competitor/comparative reviews; analytics and insights analysis; customer missions and mindsets and experience mapping
- User journeys, sketches, wireframes, visual designs, high and low fidelity interactive prototypes, user testing, stakeholder sign off and accessibility specs

**About you**:

- Digital UX/UI skills and experience of designing for an ecommerce site.
- CMS experience is essential
- A degree in HCI, interactive/multimedia design or equivalent is beneficial but not essential
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Photoshop), and Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, XD, InVision and Jira
- Must have experience designing for WCAG accessibility standards compliance.
- Beneficial to have worked within a design system and brand guidelines/design language. Experience in responsive design and app design beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Proactive, self-motivated, collaborative and curious to learn
