Resource Solutions is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment **Resourcing Partner** to join our contingent recruitment team on-site in Glasgow. **Your demonstrable experience with MSP is essential for this role.**

The contingent recruitment team currently consists of a team of 8 across EMEA supporting hiring in London, Glasgow and Budapest. The Recruitment Resourcing Partner main focus will be on managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with the business units to source the best talent on the market for Non-IT vacancies.

**You will be responsible for all recruitment delivery including**:

- Managing end to end contingent recruitment process for non-IT business areas
- Working with the Direct Recruitment team, Coordination and Onboarding, and Vendor Partners (where required) to deliver the end-to-end permanent recruitment process
- Managing Stakeholder relationships and expectations
- Assessment Centre Management
- Managing SLA’s

**Who you are**:

- MSP/Contingent recruitment experience is essential
- Strong Client engagement and presentation skills
- Experience in managing/sourcing for high volume vacancies
- Financial Services experience
- Self-starter who can work with mínimal supervising
- Financial services recruitment experience would be an advantage
