**About the Role**

We will provide you with full training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to enable you to safely and effectively work as a Maintenance Administrator (Stores) where you will be responsible for optimising materials and parts stocks, avoiding shortages occurring, whilst minimising stock valuations. Utilising a pro-active approach, you will drive down the cost of purchased commodities and deliver stores systems and controls to maximise the factory capability to meet budget production targets; volume / yield / waste.
- Optimise material stock to avoid shortage occurring
- Managing stock inventory
- Report any unavailable equipment or material that may compromise plant performance to your line manager
- Control & monitor monthly spends to budget to include weekly spend update report
- Process all goods received in a timely manner
- Responsible for all invoice queries and monthly reports
- Support all preventative maintenance initiatives
- Reduce the cost of purchased commodities
- Analyse data and produce standard and ad hoc reports
- Maintain & update processes and systems as required and to ensure that stores users follow them
- Comply and maintain housekeeping to 5S standards
- Maintain purchased products quality and standards
- Carry out COSSH assessments for relevant items held in stores
- Assist the maintenance personnel as required
- To cover for the Maintenance Planner in their absence

**Hours of Work: 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday**

**About You**
- Previous experience working in a benchmark maintenance stores environment or similar relevant experience
- 2 years plus experience of working in a high production environment
- Good exposure to health & safety standards
- IT skills - good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Strong organisational & planning abilities
- Self-motivated, high standards, a passion for improvement and a target/delivery focused approach
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Awareness of COSSH, LOLER, PUWER and other regulations
- Ideally (but not essential) a working knowledge of SAP system, and experience working with Agility CMMS or similar
- Ideally possess a forklift license
