**The HR Booth are delighted to be recruiting for an Estimating Assistant on behalf of Haldane UK.**

Haldane (UK) Ltd are looking to recruit an Estimating Assistant.

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and self-motivated person to join our team. Full training will be given for this developing role and we are looking for someone who will progress and advance within the Estimating Department.

**Requirements**:

- IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good numeracy and knowledge of geometry

**Desirable but not essential**
- Knowledge and experience of CAD
- The ability to read a construction drawing

**You will be required to**
- Work as part of a team and provide support to Estimators
- Process enquiries accurately, prepare quotations and communicate effectively with customers/prospects.
- Help follow up enquiries and quotations
- Measure quantities (take off) from construction drawings
- Assist in maintaining and expanding our customer base
- Provide excellent customer service

**Salary**: Circa £25,000 (DOE) + Benefits

**Hours of Work**: Mon -Thurs 8:45am - 5:15pm, Fri 8:45am - 4.30pm
