Operations Controller

Roles & Responsibilities:
The Operations Controller will play a key role in the delivery of effective information, support and advice to all internal customers across the park. You will regularly liaise with the Security & Park Management Teams, ensuring that any relevant information is passed onto them.
The Operations Controller will also be responsible for managing any incidents that occur on park from a control point of view. This will include taking charge of radio communications, contacting emergency services, providing and taking accurate details of any occurrences and being the main point of contact for such occurrences.
The Operations Controller will also proactively monitor CCTV ensuring any issues are followed up quickly and effectively. The Operations Controller will take immediate control of an incident, orchestrating the parks response until the relevant teams are on scene. From then on being a supportive role throughout the incident. Decisions made in Control can have effect the parks operation. For this reason, there is a high responsibility on the decisions made and actions initiated by the role.
Qualification & Experience:
- Experienced in the use of CCTV Systems (desirable, but not essential)
- Proficient in a variety of communications systems, including radio and telephone use
- High level of motivation
- Proficient in English language
- Experienced in the use of Windows computer operating systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Team Player
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to talk to all types of guests
- Problem solving and decision-making techniques

This is a Permanent Variable role paid at £11.42 per hour.
Shift timings will primarily include overnight hours, but may include early mornings, days and evenings depending on your assigned shifts and business needs.
