About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for 6 month role in our Inbound Team.

You will join the product supply team and take responsibility for achieving and maximising Company product availability targets through careful planning whilst working closely with internal stakeholders.

This is a Hybrid Role you will be required to work in the office at least 2 days a week however on occasions this could be more if the business requires.

You will be responsible for
- To centrally co-ordinate Supplier bookings, to ensure the effective planning and execution of activity to agreed service levels, timescales and cost KPIs.
- To centrally co-ordinate Backhaul and IDT movements to agreed kpi’s.
- To provide centralised support on intake volume planning and management to agreed daily capacity constraints, including supporting the Product Supply and RSC teams in the prioritisation of in-bound product.
- To develop ways of optimising in-bound flows to improve supplier/haulier service and RSC effectiveness, including daily intake phasing and improving supplier product presentation.
- To monitor and provide support in the management of RSC capacity within agreed limits (stock and locations), working closely with the Product Supply and RSC teams to prevent, identify and resolve issues.
- To support in the planning of RSC volumes for seasonal, promotions and weather related activities, including weekly/daily inbound, outbound and capacity forecasts and actual volume reporting.
- To ensure Key Performance Indicators and targets are developed for areas of accountability and to circulate monitoring reporting to key stake-holders.
- To produce reports for key stakeholders of inbound performance against caps and orders on a daily/weekly basis.
- Plan the intake window and RSC bookings to ensure successful management and delivery of seasonal, promotional and range review products within the RSC windows without impacting Supply Chain processes.
- Ensure robust contingency plans are in place for failed deliveries.
- Monitor and help manage the EDI system for orders placed by supply Chain.
- Ensure system (KEWILL) is running and monitor for any issues.
- Liaise with suppliers as required.

You will need
- knowledge of MS Excel.
- All experience considered.
- Great Attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Work on your own initiative with a pro-active approach to tasks and be able to think outside the box when it comes to problem solving.
- Good communication skills
- GCSE or equivalent Maths and English grade C or above.
- The aptitude to learn new skills quickly.
