We are currently looking for Night Staff to join our team on a full-time basis.
Polite and professional attitude, attention to detail, a focus on customer care and an excellent work ethic are all essential.
Experience of working for a hotel will be an advantage.
Night Shift duties and responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Serve as a key point of contact for guests and answer any questions or concerns
- Perform all check-in and check-out activities, taking payments as well as other tasks
- Taking payments and producing reception reports
- Provide information and guidance services for a wide variety of guest inquiries
- Nightly tasks to prepare the hotel for day-time operation
