Customer Care Representative

BPE Holdings Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Care Representative who is able to speak and write in fluent Polish to join our dynamic team to be based at our Head Office in Standish, Wigan.

Based within the Customer Care Team, reporting into the Customer Care Manager, you will play a key role within our Order to Cash process. You will be responsible for supporting our EU customers from order through to delivery.

Your areas of responsibility will include:

- Manage customer orders and queries in a timely manner
- Manage customer disputes through problem solving to swiftly resolve issues and minimize customer impact
- Liaise with our warehouses and courier / delivery companies to ensure product delivery
- Driving key customer metrics to constantly improve performance profile
- To be successful you will be fluent in Polish, both written and verbal. You will also have sufficient experience along with the role requirements above. You will also be competent in using Microsoft products, specifically MS Office and in using an ERP system.

You will be used to working independently with a hands-on approach, and you will enhance our positive environment by having a can do and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to build rapport and trust with co-workers at all levels.

40 Hours Per Week (8:30am - 4:30pm) - Monday-Friday, Office Based.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£250,000.00 per year
