The role of Reception & Office Executive will be to oversee the efficient functioning of the Dermalogica UK headquarters. The role will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The Reception & Office Executive will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for our stockists, visitors, and employees.

This temporary role will be office-based Monday to Friday and cover the hours of 8am - 4pm.

**The responsibilities of the Digital Business Consultant. Could this be you?**
- Partner with the Education Success Advisors in maintaining the reception and student area, ensuring positive brand representation, ensuring the spaces are organised, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Maintain a visitor log, issue visitor badges, and ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Issue parking permits as needed for stockists parked in the leisure centre parking.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, promptly informing relevant teams to collect their packages. All packages must be removed by the end of each day.
- Open the Manser House office each day and carry out start of day procedures, to include disarming the alarm, preparation of the coffee machine, lighting, and music.
- Coordinate with the Facilities Executive on requirements for office supplies and items required to order.
- Manage the kitchen areas keeping them organised, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with the coordination of office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Oversee budget planning and management for office supplies, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

- Experience of operating in a similar role is essential.
- Demonstrable experience of working autonomously and making decisions.
- Confident dealing with managers, employees, and suppliers at all levels
- Highly computer literate; experience operating with all Microsoft Officer software
