**Resident Enabler**

We are looking for a **Resident Enabler** to join our compassionate and caring home.

This is a lovely role where you will support residents for light personal care and non-complex care tasks. You will spend the majority of time in communal spaces like the lounge and dining rooms. For example, assisting residents to the bathroom, getting them a cup of tea, assisting them to eat, entertaining them in the lounge and generally ensuring they are happy and content. You do not need to provide ‘complex’ or heavy personal care (e.g hoisting, turning).

This role is an essential part of providing top quality care and the ‘Resident Enabler’ role is a particularly unique service offered within our home.

**Requirements**:

- DBS check
- Some flexibility to do overtime when required
- 20 hours per week part time day shifts

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £9.70 per hour
