Do you have extensive experience in the Project Portfolio Management ? Are you a consultant at heart, love helping people adopt the latest and greatest technology ? If so, a position has become available in the highly successful iCoTech Delivery Team to lead on client engagements The PPM Consultant will have autonomy for owning the relationships with our customers, through the entirety of the project delivery process. Understanding the customers pain points and objectives, through to leading the build of the solutions, supporting the testing and implementation of the Projects at Go Live. This really is an all round, dynamic role

The tasks and responsibilities that will be undertaken by the PPM Consultant include (but are not limited to):
Consulting:

- Supporting the teams with Technical Demonstrations, on Teams and Face to Face in trade shows.
- Embedded in the Microsoft Ecosystem, establishing the latest solutions across the Business Application landscape.
- Serve as a bridge between the customer and the delivery team itself.
- Run workshops with customers and their stakeholders to analyse their requirements and problem solve.
- Work with technical team to make sure that the clients needs are delivered by the specific functions and features.
- Define solutions to meet the requirements within our standards.

Technical:

- Keep up to speed with the latest Modern work technology from Microsoft.
- Documenting system configurations and preparing clients/ users to use the system.
- Participate with data migrations, integrations and report designing where required.
- Completing technical setup and implementation activities for customer deployments.

Configuration:
When required there will be a small amount of configuration required, particularly with Power BI, Co-Pilot and Low Code solutions.

Training:

- Working to define the Processes in which our customers will use when adopting the technology solutions we develop for them.
- Supporting the role out and adoption of the solutions that are delivered.
- Advising and Coaching our customers, with the latest PPM systems and processes.

Salary & Terms
- A great salary is offered.
- A standard mileage allowance will be paid for travel, and overnight accommodation for client visits is paid for.
- There are 25 Days + 8 Days Bank Holidays available.
- Home based contract.
- A profit share scheme is in place and available.

Education & Experience
- Ideally Project/PMO/Portfolio Management training, e.g PRINCE2, MSP etc
- Ideally extensive experience of a Project/PMO/Portfolio/Programme delivery role.
- Ideally experience of Project Online/Power BI/Power Apps/Project for the Web would be great.
- Ideally Microsoft Modern Work/ Business Application Certifications.
