SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Interim PMO Lead for a brilliant business based in Nottingham.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a global business on an interim basis, 3-6 months. Business critical, needed as soon as possible.
As PMO Lead, you will define and maintain the standards for the project management lifecycle across the business portfolio of projects. Supporting the Project Delivery Manager/Senior Project Managers and Project Managers in the administration of the projectsas well as leading, coaching and developing the PMO team.
KEY TASKS:

- Develop the maturity of the PMO to ensure we have consistent processes & controls
- Project Set Up
- Support projects in active risk management
- Ensure Project & Portfolio reporting is produced in a timely manner
- Ensure Project governance milestones are adhered too
- Communicate best practice regarding new tools or procedures
- Provide administrative support
- Provide management reporting for individual projects and overall portfolio of projects
- Proficient with project management tools and related technology
- Build / Control Supporting Templates / Project Documentation
Experience/Knowledge
- 3 years' experience
- Experience of running a Project Management Office
- Proven Stakeholder Management, budget Management and Governance
- Expert knowledge of project delivery methodology
- Detailed in depth understanding of risk management, reporting and change control
- Planning & organisation
Monday to Friday
40 hours per week, business is flexible on start and end times
Hybrid working, 3 days office based, 2 working from home
£35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
