**JOB PURPOSE**

Reporting to the Group Financial Reporting Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring control over the payment of business expenses and general cash management. The role will form a key part of the Finance department to provide valuable and flexible support in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

The GRS Finance department is very focused on people development and there is a demonstrable track record of people being supported in this role to progress on to another role with the department, whilst being supported in their studies towards a professional accountancy qualification.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

This is an important role within GRS, with primary responsibility to:

- Consolidate and prepare all expenses and credit card returns for processing, with posting of journals into NetSuite.
- Oversight and journalling of petty cash.
- Preparation of manual payments in the online banking portal ready for approver sign-off.
- General office and invoice filing.
- Management and processing of Finance incoming mail.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

**EXPERIENCE**
- Confident in Microsoft packages.
- Good excel knowledge is essential.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
