**Care Assistant Rapid Response**

**Service Care Solutions recruiting for a Care Assistant to work within an full time ongoing agency position within Colchester for a rapid response service with a home care company.**

**Hours**: Consistent hours

**Shift Times**: 7am - 3pm or 3pm - 11pm

**Pay Rates**:£13.15ph Ltd

**Location**: Colchester, Essex

**Role**:
You will be working as a community care assistant supporting patients who have just been discharged from hospital or need care support in being prevented from being admitted to hospital. This position will require to visit multiple patients each day Colchesterand neighbouring areas such as Wivenhoe, Elmstead Market, Mersea, Great Bentley, St Osyth and Frinton. You role will be to provide all physical and emotional care needs to the patients and help provide support to family members who may be assisting in lookingafter the patients.
- Essential to have previous experience within care or health and social care field
- Preferable to have NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Preferable to have a valid DBS
- Preferable to drive
