The successful applicant will join a friendly and enthusiastic community dietetic team in the South Clyde Quadrant of NHS GG&C. This post will work across the South Clyde Quadrant and will be based in Ferguslie Clinic. The postholder will assist in the: -planning and provision of an evidence based Dietetic Service to patients and carers, medical, nursing and AHP staff based on National and local priorities. - supervision, teaching, mentoring of student dietitians, dietetic /team assistants and clerical staff. - planning and delivery of education and training for health care professionals. This training covers detailed, broad ranging topical nutritional issues covering the entire life cycle. - local organising and delivery of the Health Improvement activity. - further development of the Nutrition and Dietetic Service. A BSc in Human Nutrition & Dietetics and HCPC registration and a car driver is essential.
