Job Title: Skilled Labourer ( Some away travel is involved)

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of tasks requiring skilled labor, including but not limited to:

- bricklaying,pointing, excavation, trench excavation and general building work.
- Concrete work, such as pouring and finishing concrete slabs or structures
- Self storage maintenance and landscaping
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project success

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge and experience in one or more skilled trades.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in skilled labor tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision to ensure high-quality results
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during projects
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

**Salary**: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
