Are you looking to work for an independent, friendly company with flexible working hours, close to home? We have an opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills to join a well-known, successful manufacturing company in Okehampton

**JOB TILE**: Receptionist / Administrator

**LOCATION**: Okehampton

**SALARY**: Up to £18, 5000 dependant on experience

**BENEFITS**: Flexible working hours, very generous holiday allowance, Xmas shutdown, contributory pension, bonus scheme

**HOURS**: Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week, the company offers a flexi time scheme and early Friday finish

**KEY DUTIES**:

- Answering the telephones to prospective and existing customers
- Providing advice and guidance on products, services and the sales process
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Inputting orders onto the system and preparing invoices
- General office duties including ordering of supplies, photocopying, scanning

**THE CANDIDATE**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- A willingness to learn
- Strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office
- Professional, polite telephone manner
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good attention to detail
- Good level of Maths & English
