Do you want to learn a practical skilled trade. Learn how to become an upholsterer within a bespoke furniture manufactures. Learn how to upholster items of furniture such as sofas, chairs, beds and stools. We are looking for a keen and eager apprentice to join our upholstery team.

**What will the apprentice be doing?**
- Upholster bespoke items of furniture, such as sofas, chairs and stools
- Cut fabric, Upholster furniture, Learn a practical trade within a growing industry.
- Work within a fast paced environment and become a valued member of a team while learning a skill.

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**

During your level 2 Furniture Manufacturer apprenticeship programme, you will receive training both off and on the job. You will be required to attend WEBS Training on block release basis which is for a week at a time every 10 weeks,this is paid for by the employer. The rest of the time you will be within the work place. You will learn the underpinning knowledge that runs alongside your practical elements of the training. You will use a wide range of techniques whilst you complete a practical project.

WEBS Training aim to build on the skills you already have so you reach your full potential both personally and professionally.

Training will be provided in all areas of upholstery manufacturing to ensure you are capable of creating practical and bespoke furniture using both traditional and modern techniques and materials to produce aesthetically pleasing and fit for purpose products.

If you have already achieved GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above or have an equivalent qualification, you will be exempt from undertaking Functional Skills, however English and Maths support will be provided for all apprentices throughout the length of their programme.

Level 2 Furniture Manufacturer qualification, upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

- Progression within the company.
- Progression to a Level 3 programme.
