Graduate Apprentice

Purpose Statement: The role hold will complete their education on a combination of block release and structured on-the-job training, and are expected to achieve the appropriate degree within the duration of the programme.
- Key Job Accountabilities:

- Competent in required job knowledge and skills to perform assigned tasks.
- Is up-to-date on all certifications and training requirements for role.
- Consistently completes assignments or work requirements on time without compromising on quality.
- Uses time effectively to manage workload/tasks.
- Additional Accountabilities:

- Supporting manufacturing operations as required.
- Ongoing demonstration of competence evidenced in Individual Learning Agreement
- Ongoing demonstration of Plexus’ Non-Negotiables.
- Achievement of Graduate Apprenticeship milestones.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Education/Experience Qualifications:

- Meets minimum entry requirements for the relevant degree programme.
- Other Qualifications:

- An aptitude for learning and the ability to work as part of a team is essential.
- Work Environment:

- The work setting should consist of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level.
