**Job description**

You should bring outstanding customer service standards that ensure that the customer is always at the heart of everything we do.

Full Barista training will be provided and will be part of your job description when needed.

North Beach Coffee Bar are looking for driven passionate hospitality professionals who will be trained in both front of house and kitchen roles, the position will be a flexible one, a typical weeks rota may include both roles so flexibility and an excellent work ethic are essential.

**Responsibilities**

The role will involve the preparation of all food and drink orders from milkshakes and frappes through to the serving of cakes and sweets.
The role may involve preparation of both the breakfast and lunch menu, managing multiple orders and showing the ability to work under pressure and at speed.

We are looking for team members who will ensure our super high standards are met in every respect.

You will have the presence and personality to influence the day to day business, you will be an exceptional team player, maximising your performance as well as that of your team.

You will be a person who is motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery.

- From £6.40 to £11.44 per hour depending on experience, full holiday entitlement
