Are you passionate about retail and customer service? We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team and contribute to our men's fashion department. If you have a keen eye for style, excellent communication skills, and a desire to create exceptional shopping experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Job Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere within the menswear department.
- Assist customers in finding the right products based on their preferences, needs, and style.
- Provide expert advice on styling, fit, and fashion trends to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our menswear collections.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels, ensuring the availability of products on the shop floor at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Continuously develop your knowledge of men's fashion trends and industry updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a menswear or fashion-related environment.
- A genuine passion for men's fashion, with knowledge of current trends and styles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to actively listen to customers' needs and provide personalised recommendations.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings as per the store's schedule.
