**Bookkeeper**

Our client is currently looking for a full time, office-based Bookkeeper, which can also be a VAT supervisor, to join their friendly team. A great opportunity to join a family-run accountancy firm based in Radcliffe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing VAT Returns (online)
- Reconciling accounts
- Preparation of invoices
- Producing accounts to trial balance stage
- Preparing financial reports
- Dealing with client and supplier queries
- Liaising and corresponding with HMRC
- Registering new VAT schemes
- Setting up MTD Software
- Recording financial transactions
- Supporting Accountants with accounts preparation

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Radcliffe: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location
