**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Cab Tower Crane Operator to join our team in Brighton. The Cab Tower Crane Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining tower cranes from within the cab, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and equipment on our construction sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate a cab tower crane to lift, move, and position materials and equipment on construction sites.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations to ensure the safe operation of the crane and the protection of personnel and property.
- Conduct pre-operational checks and inspections of the crane to ensure it is in proper working condition.
- Communicate effectively with the site supervisor, crane coordinator, and other team members to coordinate lifting activities.
- Rig loads and attach them to the crane hook using appropriate lifting accessories and techniques.
- Monitor crane operations closely to identify and address any potential hazards or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of crane operations, including lift plans, logbooks, and equipment inspections.
- Perform routine maintenance on the crane, such as greasing, lubricating, and inspecting components, to ensure its safe and reliable operation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cab Tower Crane Operator in the construction industry.
- Valid CPCS or NPORS certification for operating tower cranes.
- In-depth knowledge of crane operations and safety procedures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a focus on safety.
- Physical fitness and stamina to work extended hours and operate the crane effectively.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
