A dynamic multi-disciplinary consultancy are looking for a dedicated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Colchester office.

**The Senior Quantity Surveyor role**

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on the full scope of QS services including cost planning, risk management, cash flow forecasting, procurement advice, bank monitoring, due diligence, planned preventative maintenance and reinstatement valuations.

Alongside this, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on a wide range of projects from inception to completion, across sectors such as commercial, education, health, heritage, leisure, residential and defence.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking for more day to day variety and wide industry exposure

**The Senior Quantity Surveyor**
- A Quantity Surveying Degree
- Ideally MRICS
- Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
- Consultancy background
