**About the role**
This role will review and process sales orders entered into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software by the sales and account management teams. You will ensure information in the sales orders is accurate, liaise with relevant team members to resolve if not, and convert all validated sales orders to invoices and place any third party orders with suppliers. You will process recurring invoices outside of the CRM and ensure recurring billing is accurately entered onto the billing spreadsheet. Plus you will produce professional services invoices at month end and other ad-hoc tasks.
**Your Responsibilities will include**:
- Process the orders queue in a timely manner
- Ensure all closed orders are converted to customer invoices
- Rasing purchase orders and placing with third party suppliers
- Maintain a schedule of recurring invoicing and ensure invoices are raised in a timely manner when due
- Effectively managing customer billing enquiries in a timely and professional manner and ensuring all relevant processes are met
- Resolving anomalies / queries
- Update and maintain accurate client information on internal and external database systems
- To ensure all work is actioned within agreed time scales
- Producing accurate bills
- Liaising with others departments to ensure a smooth customer experience. Liaise with and support the Sales department to ensure billing can be delivered accurately and on time

**About You**
You will have previous Billing Administration experience and have a can-do attitude, comfortably using your own initiative to resolve queries. You will be results orientated and comfortable working within a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks.
**Experience Required**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Fast learner with the ability and desire to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Confident in their abilities and communicating with people at all levels; Experience of using ConnectWise CRM and SAP BYD systems would be an advantage
