**Job Overview**

Hours of work will be 40 hours per week with a requirement to work between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. The role is based in our office in Aldridge.

**Main Duties**

Responsible for the co-ordination for planned and reactive services delivered by our in house engineers

Responsible for the ordering of materials and organising the installation. This requires hands-on work as our warehouse and office are not located in the same building, therefore, equipment has to be prepared ready for engineers

To monitor, action and escalate incidents as appropriate to achieve agreed service levels with our client and to keep the client informed of status

Ensure protocols agreed upon with the client are followed by engineers and subcontractors

Managing and updating the job management system

Reviewing works completed via electronic job sheet submitted and escalating any further works noted

**What we are looking for**

**Requirements**:

- We are looking for someone who remains calm under pressure, commands respect, has the confidence of their colleagues and can communicate effectively at all levels
- IT Competency - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written)

Desirable
- A background in planning and scheduling (particularly a multi-site contract)
- Experience in managing and working with engineers or subcontractors
