- Manage driver's hours WTD and regulation when planning routes to maximise the fleet capacity and vehicle scheduling.
- Develop a solid understanding of logistics best practices and current industry trends.
- Monitor transportation activities, including tracking shipments, resolving issues, Pods and providing status updates
- Analyse transportation data to identify trends, improve processes, and reduce costs
- Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to negotiate rates and contracts
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities on daily basis.

Qualifications:

- Transport planning experience
- Strong knowledge of tachograph rules and WTD
- Must be able to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices
- Proficient in using transportation management systems (TMS) and route optimisation software
- Proficient IT skills includes excel, word, outlook
- Good Geographical knowledge of Uk & Ireland
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
