Our client are a reputable manufacturer within the industry, and are looking to have someone on a contract basis to join their team, with ambitions to go permanent.

**Role**:Manufacturing administrator

**Salary**:£11.83 p/h

**Location**:Southport

**Hours**:Monday-Friday

**Job purpose**
- To assist the HR team with day to day activities, from sending out new starter packs, assisting in reports and maintaining the filing systems.
- To assist the quality team in reporting, documentation and general admin work
- To be approachable and flexible in tasks, providing admin support where required.
- Managing on site facial recognition system.
- Creating and logging shift patterns.
- Monitoring and logging sickness or absence on to the CRM system.
- An understanding of HR protocols within a manufacturing environment.
- Assist in site audits and maintain compliance throughout manufacturing processes.
- A positive outgoing approach, being able to provide support where needed across the business.

**Skills**
- An understanding of HR protocols or systems.
- An willingness to learn and support current members of staff.
- Reporting skill, familiar with MRP or ERP systems within manufacturing.
- Desire of career progression within HR.
- Strong admin skills.
- Microsoft packages (Excel, Word etc.)
- Accurate data input and system maintenance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months

**Salary**: £10,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
