**Status: Replacement**
**Type: Full-Time Permanent**
**Location: Flexible, mix of office / remote (Currently due to Covid)**
**Start Date: ASAP**
**Salary: £45K - 50K**
**Reports to: Director**
You will manage a growing team and report directly to the Head of Own Brand. We're looking for someone who knows Amazon and eBay well who can manage their own workloads and will be relatively self-sufficient and capable of looking after £3million+ of Amazon turnover and protect margins.
This is a hugely exciting opportunity which requires an individual who has the passion and drive to make it a success.
**Tasks & Key Accountabilities**:
- Day to day management of marketplace campaign(s) (UK & EU)
- Own Marketplaces and communicate new opportunities to the wider business
- Create New Listings on Amazon, eBay & other seller platforms
- Review and provide daily and monthly reporting on KPIs
- Conduct daily site walkthroughs to discover any errors or mistakes and amend accordingly, managing and resolving issues or flagging and escalating when necessary
- Highlighting missed opportunities for product sales due to availability or consumer interests not being met
- Managing the Amazon Product Catalogue and ensuring that all product information is (optimised (titles, descriptions, keywords, bullet points, etc) to drive sales, whilst conforming to standards & regulations
- Enhancing conversion through increasing listing rankings and search results
- Monitor and recommend price changes on products for profit and sales against competition Monitor active listings
- Monitor competitor websites and market trends, making recommendations to improve proposition
- Analyse recorded analytics to improve revenue month on month
- Run specific onsite testing strategies to improve product conversion
- Identifying and solving problems and coordinating with other departments
- Coordinating with other teams for sales feedback, product recommendations, restocking
- Monitoring product ratings, customer feedback, marketplaces metrics to ensure account health is in high standing
- Identify opportunities for proposition development and managing their evolution through co-ordinated management alongside other teams.
- Monitoring industry and competitor activity
- Keeping marketplaces up to date with accurate and relevant products and promotions
- Encouraging customer reviews, so as to protect and continue to enhance the brand’s marketplace status
- Working with the wider team to create strategies for clearing stock which is held in excess
**Knowledge / Experience**
- 1-3 years' experience in managing Amazon, Ebay, Wayfair etc Seller stores in UK & EU
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing small to mid-size team
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving on both Amazon and eBay Seller stores
- Inside-out knowledge of both Amazon and eBay Seller stores
- Online Merchandising skills.
- Strong commercial nous and awareness

**Salary**: Up to £50,000.00 per year
