**Could you use your project management experience to directly impact the lives of women involved or at risk of contact with the criminal justice system?**

Charity People is proud to be partnering with The JABBS Foundation in the creation of a brand-new Project and Learning Manager opportunity, with an emphasis on **_project management, stakeholder engagement and supporting evidence-based research._**
- Salary: £45k _
- Fixed term contract for three years, potential for extension_
- Location: Birmingham (remote or office based) with regular travel to women's centres across England and Wales_
- Hours: Full time or part-time (3 days min)_
- Flexible, life and family-friendly working _

The JABBS Foundation has to-date agreed grants totalling over £30 million including significant funds for key programmes supporting women involved or at risk of contact with the criminal justice system and organisations that address their multiple and complexunmet needs. They have recently stepped up their funding of work in this area to ensure that the voices of women and women's centres are heard more clearly by funders and the Government and to improve the evidence base around the effectiveness of women's centres.

To give you an idea of how this unique opportunity would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

- Build successful relationships and foster collaboration between all project partners, including women's centres and the University of Birmingham research team
- Oversight of maintenance and delivery of project plan to guide grant partners and the project team
- Work effectively with relevant stakeholders to build buy-in for project and the learnings being generated and enable efficient project implementation
- Support women's centres to adopt and implement the Women's Risk Needs Assessment (WRNA) tool through provision of technical guidance
- Project management experience delivering complex projects
- Knowledge of case management and associated tools
- Emotionally intelligent with exceptional relationship management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- personal and direct experience of prison or contact with the criminal justice system, at any stage
- close family members who are/have been involved or at risk of contact with the justice system
- experience that has increased their risk of contact with the justice system, including but is not limited to: over-policing, exploitation, gender-based violence, care, and poverty.
