**Delivery Driver Customer Service Administrator Opportunity - Homebased**

**Opportunity**:

My client a global pharmaceutical manufacturing company are expanding their team and are looking for a Delivery Driver Customer Service Administrator. You will be based working from home where you will be delivering drugs to hospitals in around the Bristol,South Wales and Bournemouth areas as well as dealing with the administration of the stock at the hospitals.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Visits assigned hospitals to deliver drug orders as requested. You will perform site order counts and replenish deliveries. You will visits each ward required to raise the order against set PAR levels and deliver IV fluids to given locations. You will completeinventory checks within each ward at managed hospitals and send over to the Managed Inventory Administrator.
- You will check orders on arrival and ensure they are in full.
- You will complete Expiry Checks and log expired stock.
- Report any damages to storage solutions in place in the hospital as part of your service.
- Complete mileage forms of hire vehicles and report any damages.
- Reconfigure wards if required.

This is a full time permanent job opportunity working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 10 hour shifts.

There is an excellent salary of £26,400 per annum and great benefits such as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays on top, Pension, Life insurance, Childcare vouchers and much more.

**Skills**:

- Full Clean driving license.
- Able to work in a hospital environment where vulnerable adults and children will be (CRB check to be conducted before starting the role).
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Manual Handling.
- Numerate and Literate to GCSE Level.
- Comfortable using an IPAD.
