**What you'll be doing**
- Ensuring all delivery documents (driver's paperwork) are endorsed correctly before the driver leaves site.
- Recording accurately and clearly any shortages, discrepancies or further work required by us to accept the load, i.e broken pallets that need to be slaved/replaced, damages needing to be separated or manual handled, extra pallet wrap required to secure the pallet etc.
- Ensuring the Driver and our Customer Service department receive the same copies of the endorsements in order to challenge the customer or supplier.
- Ensuring all questions are answered clearly and correctly on the site pass and that all stages of the process have been followed before allowing the driver to leave site.
- Accurately recording the intake temperature of all loads, ensuring all documentation is endorsed correctly before the driver leaves site.
- Operating MHE in line with training and Health and Safety.
- Carrying out all other warehouse operative duties as instructed by the management team.
- Ensuring the 'checking in' process is carried out in line with the associated SSOW/SOP.

**Shift Pattern**

Tues - Sat, 7am to 6pm. The first 39 hours are paid as normal rate, and after this overtime will be paid. Weekday overtime: £12.43, Weekend overtime: £14.22

**What you'll need**
- Valid Forklift or Reach Truck license
- Similar previous experience
- Team player
- Ability to positively influence and communicate to others
- Diplomatic
- Assertive, Alert and Proactive
- Customer Service driven

**Salary**: £10.00-£10.50 per hour
