We are looking to appoint a well organised, self motivated, fully flexible, reliable and competent person to become Caretaker.

You will be responsible for the day to day upkeep of the Premises (including Security) and will operate/service machinery in accordance with regulations. Responsibilities will also include routine and non-routine (e.g. emergencies) maintenance, cleaning of specified areas and porterage. Ideally a sound knowledge of DIY skills would be beneficial.

Hours of work (alternate shifts), 6.00am-11.00am or 13:30pm - 18:30pm (Fridays 13.00pm - 18.00pm)
25 hours per week; 38 weeks a year.
Some flexibility will be required for Site Staff holiday cover and School Events (occasional evenings & weekends).
Grade G3 £20,812 -£21,968 (pro rata). Actual salary £11,617.50 - £12,262.80p.a.
