We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our new restaurant called The Grande Restaurant, located in one of London's busiest locations, Stratford

We are looking for a driven individual who is enthusiastic and able to work as part of a busy wide team.

About the role:
As a Barista, your role is to act as a vital part of the team by ensuring the smooth running of a section and providing support to the bar and kitchen chefs as well as other team members.

In this role, you will actively provide direction and support to the team to deliver the operational requirements of the day as needed.
- Experience in working as a Barista is preferred.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, mocha, hot chocolate and more.
- Breakfast and Lunch duties. Serving continental cuisine.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant including the coffee station and customer seating areas.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner ,taking and fulfilling orders efficiently.
- Maintain inventory of coffee beans and supplies, restocking as needed.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work to a schedule and be punctual.

- Experience of working as a barista
- Strong knowledge of different coffee drinks and how to prepare them.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle high volume of customers.
