**What will your role involve?**

You will work with highly experienced colleagues on strategic projects both internally and externally for clients.

You will support on consulting projects focused on the design, delivery and development of complex marketing programmes with the objective of delivering incremental customer lifetime value for clients ensuring that the business becomes or maintains its position as a key, trusted, go-to advisor.

At the same time, you will also work on the development of the organisation’s value proposition for its clients and partners, building a compelling, integrated and innovative suite of products and services in the loyalty management space supported by clear go-to-market strategies and engaging sales support materials.

You will also be expected to contribute to thought leadership content and research, reinforcing the company’s reputation as one of the leading customer loyalty organisations in the world.

**Your duties will include and are not limited to the following activities and tasks**:

- Market and competitor analysis
- Client organisational discovery, including technical / data infrastructure
- Analysis of management information and customer-level data
- Customer journey analysis and mapping
- Customer research and behavioural analysis
- Gap analysis and opportunity identification
- Design and facilitation of ideation workshops
- Loyalty programme design
- Business requirements identification and capture
- Product and service development
- Economic modelling
- Business case development
- MVP / POC development
- Programme measurement, reporting, analysis and optimisation

**How will you add value?**

Although you will not be expected to have deep experience in all of the areas outlined as key responsibilities (as you will be guided by highly experienced members of the Business Solutions team), you will be expected to have some knowledge of customer relationship management and the loyalty management industry.

You will need to demonstrate an ability to analyse data, identify challenges, prioritise opportunities and solve problems using strategic frameworks and creative thinking techniques.

You will be a rational thinker, persuasive communicator, confident presenter and eloquent storyteller.

You will have had experience working in business either in CRM, data analytics, loyalty management or in a broader strategic or technical role. You will have spent time working for an innovative business or in a top marketing, data science or management consultancy.

Above all, you will demonstrate an interest in customer psychology and in how adapting business models can transform the value organisations generate from customers over time.

Experience in using marketing automation technology in general and specifically the Salesforce Customer 360 suite of products will be an advantage but not essential. Some knowledge of the data analysis techniques employed to segment customers and predict customer behaviour would also be useful.

Experience in using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams or Slack, analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and presentation tools such as Powerpoint would be expected as a minimum.
