My client, a fantastic market leading independent agent, are looking for a Sales Director to join their team in their office based in Stanmore. You will be joining a fun and energetic team with scope to make the role your own and be encouraged and supportedto progress your career within this well-established and regarded agency.
Responsibilities for this Sales Director role will include:

- Managing a large sales team
- Coaching and developing your team
- Driving income and profitability
- Liaising with the Directors to help manage the business
- Being a leader of the business
Skills & Experience for this Sales Director role:

- Minimum 5 years estate agent experience
- Extensive knowledge of the industry
- Local area knowledge
- Area management/large office experience preferred
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
