**Key Responsibilities**: As a Health Care Assistant or Support Worker with Superior Healthcare, you will:

- Provide exceptional personal care and support to clients
- Adhere to care plans and risk assessments to meet clients’ unique needs
- Assist in the administration of medication
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Establish effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

**Requirements**: To succeed in this role, you should possess:

- A minimum of 6 months of paid experience as a carer or support worker in the UK
- Availability to commit to a minimum of 24 hours of work per week
- Access to your own vehicle is preferred; public transport users welcome if you are happy to travel as far as Whitstable, Herne Bay and Canterbury.

**Preferred Qualifications (but not essential)**:

- Previous experience in care homes with older individuals
- Previous experience working with persons with dementia
