We're looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our clients busy, fast paced team. You will be confident using HR systems as well as Microsoft Excel to collate all staff and employment details.

As HR Administrator your responsibilities will include;
- Processing new starters, including reference checks
- Ensuring all probation records are maintained
- Processing leavers
- Maintaining training records
- Ensuring all employee files are kept up to date
- Responsible for all payroll administration
- Providing payroll support to employees
- Responsible for all pension administration
- Supporting with all HR projects and events
- Ensure GDPR compliance and confidentially at all times

What we are looking for:

- Very strong administration skills
- Previous HR experience
- Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Title: HR Officer

**Salary**: £30,000 - £33,000

Location: Bagshot

Type: Permanent & full-time
